1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition of Items:
   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
   • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
   • Sale or clearance items.
   • Gift cards and customized products.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your package.

Refund Process

1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
