Refund and Cancellation Policy for Flip and Flip

At Flip and Flip, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds or cancellations are required. Below is our detailed policy:


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation by Customer

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty.
    • If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before the order is processed for shipping, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be applied.
    • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Order Cancellation by Flip and Flip

    • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.
    • In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be initiated.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are applicable only for products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from their description.
    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Items

    • Digital products, subscriptions, and services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
    • Products purchased during clearance sales or with special discounts are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.
  • Refund Process

3. Exchange Policy

    • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they meet our eligibility criteria.

  • Exchange Process

    • Customers must return the product in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Shipping for Returns or Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by Flip and Flip.
  • Returned items must be sent to the address provided in the return confirmation email.
